How long does my order take to ship?
All of our soaps are handmade in small batches and cure time is 4-6 weeks. Therefore, quantity is limited. While supplies last, we aim to ship your order within 2–6 business days after it is placed. (If something you desire is unavailable, send us a message. More than likely, we have it on rotation and are simply waiting for cure time to be satisfied.
Once shipped, depending on your location/address, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way!
Do you offer international shipping?
As of May 1, 2025, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must be sent to a valid U.S. address. We will not be held responsible for returned packages.

What is your return policy?
Our desire is for everyone to love their skin care products. Feeling confident in your purchase is key. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns on used items. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out—we’re happy to make it right.
If your order arrives damaged or you inadvertently received the wrong product, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery - be prepared to provide a photo of the item and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund whichever you prefer.
Refund Policy:
There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition it was received - unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at livingwatercreationsllc@gmail.com. We will notify you once we’ve received your request/submission, informing you of the next steps. If approved, the refund transaction will be credited/applied to the original method of payment. We will send a return shipping label, as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.

Damages and Issues (Shipping):
Upon delivery, please inspect your order for accuracy as errors do sometimes happen. If you inadvertently received the wrong item or if the product is defective, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please be sure to have your sales order number and a picture of the items(s) that was shipped to you.
Exceptions/Non-returnable Items:
Due to health and safety regulations, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods – food, flowers, or plants - opened skincare or used personal care products. Custom-made products (special orders or personalized items) are non-returnable. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discontinued/sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, simply make a separate purchase for the new item.
